About Us
Lisa Betts, M.A., is the owner of BettsWorks. She has ten years of public school teaching experience and holds a Master’s degree in English. She was the Professional Development Director for a state REALTOR® association for 6 years and founded BettsWorks in 2005. 
Adrienne Nichols, M.Ed., CDEI, is a Senior Consultant offering speaker and education services. Adrienne brings to BettsWorks her skills in technical writing, non-profit/association management, research, instructional design, program delivery and development.
Previous to BettsWorks, Adrienne had worked as a state education director for a large REALTOR® association and, prior to that, as a curriculum developer for a computer outsourcing company in Pennsylvania.
Adrienne holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI).
Theresa A. Capricci has joined BettsWorks as a booking agent. For starters, Theresa will represent Karel Murray and Melanie McLane.
Theresa brings more than 25 years’ of sales and meeting planning experience to BettsWorks through her work with Association Services (Palm Harbor, FL), the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (Lemoyne, PA), AllHealth Group Purchasing (Harrisburg, PA), the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association (Harrisburg, PA), and the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (Mechanicsburg, PA).
She is known for her attention to details and high-energy approach to everything she does.
