A third generation real estate professional, Chandra has known real estate all her life. Among the many industry designations and certifications Chandra holds, she also has an MBA and the prestigious DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) designation.

A practitioner, Chandra is the managing broker/owner of Colorado Mesa Realty LLC, is successful in several aspects of real estate from residential resale to building, and has been recognized as the designer and creative consultant on three award-winning Parade Homes in Colorado Springs.

Chandra is in demand across the nation as one of the nation’s foremost experts on the state of the market, foreclosures, short sales, and REOs. In fact, more than 14 state REALTOR Associations alone choose Chandra to present at their convention in 2009 (Video: Chandra's Convention Tour).

She is certified to teach REBAC’s “Short Sales & Foreclosures”, the REO Specialist certification, and “CRS 111: Short Sales & Foreclosures” in addition to "CRS:Going Green," "Certified Negotiation Expert,"  ABR, and the "At Home with Diversity" course.
