Jackie is a Senior CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) instructor known for her knowledge, humor, creativity, and spot-on techniques and tools.
Licensed in1984, Jackie quickly became her company's top producer, went on to manage an office for a large regional firm, and then became Education Director for Smythe, Cramer Co. In addition to instructing courses for the GRI, ABR, and CRS designations, she has developed and delivered many courses at the state, local, and company level.
In her role with Smythe, Cramer Co., Jackie taught skill development to the newly licensed, advanced skill enhancement for the top agents, and trained and recruited managers for the company. Smythe, Cramer honored Jackie with a one-of-a-kind award which read: "In recognition of extraordinary professional achievements which have significantly contributed to the educational advancement, stability and reputation of the company." That award is one of Jackie's most cherished career accomplishments.
